In White Plains, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across New York, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. I canβt explain what a high note this store started on when it replaced Starbucksβor what a disaster it has become. My husband used to walk over every weekend for coffee, but each time we visit, it looks less like a functioning store and more like a location preparing to shut down. Week after week, they have run out of different drinks, and now they are officially out of almost everything. It is incredibly disappointing. It seems that head office or management has failed to provide this location with the resources and support it needs. As someone who loved going in and is a fan of the Gregory coffee chain, I think it is worth flagging.

Ordered 3 Newyorkers breakfast sandwiches and the cold brew Sunday morning on the way to drop off my kid to the camp. I'm still not sure how old those sandwiches were. Highly possibly at least a week! All of them were like a rock! Couldn't bite them. What's inside was worse. Is it a fake bacon? How dare you sell garbages? At Nordstrom? My kids who were starving had to threw them away. Well, I saved one to take photos. It was very upsetting throughout the 2 hours of driving to the sleepaway camp. And the 2 cold brew were like water with coffee drops. Yuck. Please do not sell days old sandwiches/garbages. It is against public health and you guys should get fined for that.

I visited your location today on July 6 and ordered a medium coffee and a pain au chocolat. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The female staff who served me was discourteous and treated me in a manner that I found disrespectful. In addition, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I politely raised the issue and asked to speak with the manager, I was told that she was the manager. Rather than continuing the interaction, I chose to disengage because the situation was becoming unnecessarily stressful. My only intention was to receive the order I had paid for and to be treated with courtesy and respect as a customer. After reviewing other customer feedback, I noticed a consistent pattern of similar concerns. What is particularly concerning is that, in several responses, management acknowledges that these issues have been brought to their attention. Despite this, the same problems appear to persist. This raises an important question: what concrete actions have been taken to address these concerns? Who is responsible for implementing improvements, what specific measures have been introduced, and when can customers expect to see meaningful changes? Acknowledging the is

Latte was good, however this one woman with black hair behind the counter was exceptionally rude when taking my order. She sighed dramatically and rolled her eyes the entire time, and when I politely told her my order she just sarcastically said "WHAT?" like i was ruining her entire day or something. Customers won't give your business a second glance if that's how horrific the service is. Will not be coming back, at least if shes still there.

We usually look for a Starbucks, but Iβm so glad we found Gregory's Coffee instead! While we were waiting in line, a staff member offered my daughter a free smoothie. She loved it, and that simple gesture made our whole day. My wife and I both ordered coffees and they were excellent. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly throughout our visit. Weβll definitely be coming backβthis place has a great vibe!
